    • Dynamic and inspirational Repertoire Coach, working 1-2-1 with Musical Theatre Diploma and Degree students 

    • To assist in the design and delivery of the vocal curriculum for all courses 

    • To develop and improve the quality of vocal repertoire amongst students to ensure all students meet industry standards and expectations 

    • To develop and expand student understanding of repertoire 

    • To prepare students for productions, assessments, internal and external auditions 

    • To assess students and write feedback 

    • To accompany any other musical theatre classes as required 

    • To collaborate and share good practice within the department.

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Assistant Houseparent is responsible for supporting the Houseparent in all matters relating to the pastoral welfare of the pupils in their care. This role is regarded in law as a position of trust in loco parentis between the school and parents and the Houseparent. The Assistant Houseparent is responsible for supporting the Houseparent ensuring the welfare and safety of children and young persons for whom they are responsible, or with whom he/she comes into contact. The Assistant Houseparent must adhere to, and ensure compliance with, the school’s policies at all times.
