The Graduating Professional Diploma Students 2022

Congratulations to our Professional Dance and Professional Musical Theatre students on a tumultuous but tremendous three years of training and education. Their exceptional performances in Grease and Sound & Motion this year will be followed by their Graduate Showcase this week, where we traditionally share the talent we experience in our studios and in the Hammond Theatre with the professionals of the performing arts industry.

This time of year is always a poignant time for us all, but it’s felt especially true these last few years. Saying goodbye to students we’ve been through so much with together is undoubtedly difficult, but easily outweighed by the excitement of witnessing what comes next. You’re a credit to the Hammond and we’re excited to see the story you’ll write for yourselves as you begin the next chapter of your lives.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to guest speaker and Hammond Patron, James Pearson, for his inspirational and encouraging message to all our graduating students. His words are words to live by, and we know you’ll have taken everything he said on board and carry them with you as you make your mark on the performing arts industry.
